We are not that lucky witch makes me think this was a glitch. remember what happened in 2012 where all products were tagged at 0.01$... it was a disaster millions were lost cause they had to honor the sales and deliveries once the orders went through...

It seems I've got the game on my library, the ultimate edition, but when I go to steam store, none of the dlcs shows like I own them already, is this normal ?

normal if you own this but not this

i had only 1x dlc till i applied the ultimate edition.. and it still was telling me i owned ultimate edition when i didn't.

It's a Steam package, and those are always marked as owned as long as you have one item from them.
And If I had a dollar for each occasion I had to write down this sentence related to New Vegas, I could buy Apple and Google.

Yeah but you are shopping on an American storefront and faking your address in order to buy something. Your situation is hardly a 'normal' one. It doesn't make sense for Amazon to fork over money to their competitor when this is not really an issue for anyone in the United States (the target audience), who can just pay with a bank account if they don't want to use a credit card. Anyone in the United States who has Paypal will have at least one of those and either can be processed directly by Amazon.

Am I? Not that it would change my point. You are failing to grasp the concept that Amazon is in direct competition with Paypal, and as a result it makes zero sense for them to accept Paypal on the American storefront. Go ask them yourself if you don't believe me.

Huh? it has 4 story DLCs that form a giant story, almost adding 50% play time to the core game, embedding themselves into the original storyline, even. Not many games have ever managed to pull something like this off.
