A key being marked as beta is not uncommon, even if it is for the full version, so unless it says that it's time limited, I would not worry about it. The game is out by the way, so if it's strictly a beta key it should not appear in your library, but if you have it in your library, then everything should be fine.

Might be worth checking if it doesn't unlock the full game. Otherwise you can comment on the giveaway and mark as unrecieved. Unless the creator is nice enough to replace it with a proper version, isn't really anything else you can do.

As mentioned above some keys will state beta/test keys even if it's the full release. There's a good chance since the beta was in 2018 also mentioned above that it's most likely a full game key. You can mark this as received and if it's removed from your library please take a screenshot of Steam's notification telling you've that it's been removed and provide that in a ticket you send to our support team.

I also want to mention that this game is showing "Steam is learning about this game" and due to that it may not show up on SGTools if someone checks if you own the game. We normally check for that if reported, so there should be no worried about this as you won't get in trouble.
