There is a 2005 game made by the same company, Kheops, as Mysterious Island called Secrets of the Lost Cavern, about Stone Age cave painters. http://www.mobygames.com/game/echo-secrets-of-the-lost-cavern
Could that be it?

So I'm hardcore adventure game fan, and I'm looking for this game that I played years ago, It was similar in mechanics to Return to Mysterious Island (by similar I mean this "jumping" from one location to another clicky ). It was set in stone age and we were playing as young man send to find someone , I also remember there was puzzle with numbers painted in a cave, I know its not much but I played it 10+ years ago. Also if you know any other game with "jumping" like Amerzone, Atlantis etc let me know :)
