No, they only disappear if the winner asks for a reroll, which I don't think is your case as you seem to have received your games.

Perhaps they were exploited freebie keys (ie Mafia II/Enclave) which got removed after the gifter was caught giving away a shedload? Maybe it was a regift of a game the "gifter" had won from someone else?

It was most likely a regift, though there's no way for us to know unless you remember the gifter's name, or the mod that did it sees this and remembers. Nothing to do about it. The giveaway gets deleted so he doesn't get credit for regifting.

Not sure if I should go to support or write it here, but I noticed that won games disappeared from my profile. They are still on my steam, but my profile on SG shows only 1 win opposed to 2 wins I had here. Unless this is normal that they disappear after a while ?
