Unfortunately not. Not only that, but there's so very few FILMS even inspired by his works. The closest you'll get is Shinya Tsukamoto's Tetsuo franchise or Cronenberg's son Brandon's Antiviral.
Sidenote: Dead Space might be the only game even slightly close but it's closer to The Thing if anything.
Second sidenote: You need to add me because the amount of times I meet cronenberg fans is three times ever.

Not so many, that's true but there are some with noticeable qualities. "The Dark Eye" by Inscape, "I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream" by Dreamers Guild and "Hell: A Cyberpunk Thriller" by Take-Two all have Cronenberg's touch upon them. Not just in style but occasionally using people he has used or been influenced by.
Games like "Condemned: Criminal Origins" by Monolith Productions or "Silent Hill" by Konami or indeed System Shock (1+2) by Looking Glass Studios have some story aspects which are homages but rely too heavily on action to be properly said to be Cronenbergesque in total.
Music though, his Videodrome samples have influenced all sorts of things for tech consumption.

Have there ever been any games that were officially licensed versions of David Cronenberg movies, or were at least inspired by them?
It's ironic that although Cronenberg's best films have themes and aesthetics that seem perfect for games, and the fact that Cronenberg directed a film called eXistenZ, which had gaming at the center of it's narrative, I can't think of any specific games that were overt in their borrowing from Cronenberg or were officially licensed.
I don't know about the rest of you, but I would personally lose my mind over a Scanners or Videodrome game.
