Can't seem to contact GA winner

Just wait as you have sent him email. If after week giveaway ended/you sent him email he still hasn't responded ask reroll because winner couldn't be contacted.

i usually just send the game, but If i was trying to contact the winner and he didn't answer my email or accept my friend request i would rather just ask for a re roll and give it to someone else

If somebody was ignoring my friend requests and e-mails I'd take screenshots, wait a few days and then ask for a re-roll. I'd leave it up to support whether it was allowed or if I was expected to send the gift to an e-mail address that was being ignored. I don't know if that is the right thing to do - just what I'd do.

I waited once for several weeks, I tried to add the user, but he didn't accept, I wrote him e-mails (about 2 or 3), but didn't answer. In all this time he didn't visit steamgifts once. So I just waited. He finally came here again saw that he won, answered to me adding him on steam and was really grateful and nice. So everything went well after all.
But you can get a reroll if you cannot reach the winner for one week. As far as I'm concerned, you're not obliged to send the key to the e-mail.

Hey guys, thanks for the replies. He finally replied. I think he thought I was randomly adding him and that's why he rejected my requests (happens to me too!). I've just sent the gift to him

I have the same problem right now.
The winner is not responding, despite me having written i would contact and add the winners on steam and then gift them the game to make sure they are active and will get the game.

Its only been a day but if he is not responding or accepting my friend request, i would like to reroll.
Is there a rule about this? How long have i got to wait before rerolling the giveaway?
