Add hash links to posts in discussions and use them at the messages page.

Almost all (even many years old and relic) forums have a rather simple yet very important and useful feature which Discussions here miss.
This is a link to specific post which scrolls page to that post. It's VERY useful when you want to go directly to the new message in a large discussion from the messages page. Right now links from the messages page just leading to a post and locating newly added comment isn't simple. In some cases it's rather tricky adventure and it gets really boring when you have to do this often.
