Yes,you can craft weapons untradeable or combined with rec and you have a untradable rec ^^

You can try to create some of the untradeable weapons or hats as described on the wiki.

You can combine it with more scrap to create untradable refined metal, which is the first step toward making a new untradable item.
Don't worry - you just set yourself back half a piece of scrap, which isn't so bad.

Well, the untradable item you scrapped wasn't going to contribute toward tradable scrap anyway so I was counting only the other item - hence half a scrap wasted. If you don't want to craft anything untradable for yourself then you may as well delete it. Although... don't you get a warning message when you try to craft something untradable?

Ah true
How do I delete it? There's no delete button for it in my inventory, like there is for dota 2 :/
Yes, you do, but I was crafting large amounts of scrap, and was speed clicking everything :/ So I just clicked the box without thinking xD

I accidentally combined an untradeable weapon with another, and made an untradeable scrap.
Does this have any use? I usually only use scrap as a currency
