Does this give a sense?

No idea why you'd assume making multiple accounts was ok to begin with.

Guys, i'm not responding to the same talk for everyone.
Most of you just saying : you should read the rules - who would you have 2 accounts - who will split his money on two accounts and such.
I read the rules once (well, i read only big titles and such, but anyway, i read them once when i wanted to use the site) but, i don't have photographer memory, i would ask a support about things that i don't know/remember. that's why they have 24/7 chat i guess, if he didn't know the answer, then, why he answered it wrongly? and he could say go read the rules if he is confused.
and it's none of your bissnes why i would have 2 accounts, if it wasn't against the rules, then, why not?
and i never said i put money on both, but i said : I HAVE money on both, this is otally differente.
and saying : you are not allowed to have more than 2 accounts. that obviously means i can have 2. even the scond support understood it like that, no matter, he isn't a good english speaker, but still, he works on English live chat, that means, he must know english, this isn't a complecated thing, he could just say "no you can't". that means, he did a mistake as i did too on not reading the rules "very carefuly" or at least not remembering all the rules. but his mistake was bigger, so they had to fix it, not just "not giving a shit" as they did.
and if they did something like that, next time, they may do something similar with an other guy.
and no, i didn't lost my money, if i did, i would get it, i won't stop at that point. i have a way to get my money.

Its all about common sense. To me that rule shouldnt even be written, and its clear that anybody who reads that first conversation would understand it as the guy simply making a mistake while trying to say "you cant have more than 1 account". I dont think you could exploit that mistake cause literally it means you cant have more than 2 accounts, wich is true, and so it also happens that you cant also have 2 either. At that point you should have asked again "so 2 accounts is ok?" untill he said "yes" or "no". That rule is also implied and anybody with common sense would have assumed that on a website where you buy and sell stuff based on your reputation it is not a normal practise to use 2 diferent accounts, except for scammers that want to use banneable alternative accounts to keep their main protected from bad rep. Im glad they actually have that rule. I think G2A has changed a lot lately, and while its still a bit risky, they got way better, and thats the best you can ask for a website where they sell second hand keys. I dont think this happened because of its shadiness, Anyway, sucks to hear you had trouble with your money, and im glad you didnt lose it. Just in case, when your cash is trapped in some account, you can always buy G2A gift cards (they are sold by G2A, so its guaranteed they will activate properly) and you can activate that card on the other account (wich is something in less shady sites like steam cannot be done, and once you have your credit split in 2 accounts, you are done).

well, they have a nice money and cashout system. the point is, next time, if something similar will happen, they won't give a shit, you got it? i'm not talking about my case, i didn't lose anything, and i'm not trying to get banned or game the system or anything, it's all about the point.

Its hard to read them twice instead of annoy an Support member? -.-
You dont had to read the full ToS twice, just the part about multi-account...

Compare this to a Driver-license and an accident: oh sorry officer, i dont have an photographer memory, i did not know its forbidden to cross the street with red lights on :o

No, no, there's a huge difference between what you said and what he said. It's more like:
Rarely drives with his car. He talks to an officer and asks him if he can cross the street with red lights on. The officer says that he can. Rarely keeps driving and asks another officer the same thing. The second officer says he can't. So, rarely is confused because the officers, with the same knowledge of the laws, gave him a different answer. Capisci? ;P

Please just stop it. You accepted the TOS when registering, with everything in it, regardless of you read or not. Whatever the support says, as human mistake can be involved, is not superior to TOS. That's like not keeping a real world law because a local lawyer told you otherwise. Yes, support is not exactly good in that case, but you broke a rule that you accepted to hold up when you registered. It's not the support's fault, it's your. The support just made a mistake that enforced your belief that you're doing okay. They are at mistake, but not for the thing you're claiming. And no photographical memory needed to remember rules to " register only one account".
Mistakes happen. Do your best to straighten up with them, but don't act like it's an end of the world we know because they have confusingly worded support, or that you didn't read something. Correct it, learn from it, and don't repeat it. It's such a negligible thing, overblown.
(Btw I don't know if you changed it, but still only one picture in the post, and not an album)

I'm not sure I understand the point... you have 2 accounts, with money on both accounts, but are disappointed you can't combine the money from both accounts to make a purchase?

Having 2 accounts being against the rules is a different point since you said you weren't banned.. I'd clear out one of the accounts and use just a singular account and avoid the issue of having money split between two accounts again..
