You are able but do the review at offline, You can say you liked that gun less or things like but you cant say you hate that game.

I meaned that he can write in the review what he want, but when he is in live he can say he liked the game less but he cant say he hate the game.
Suddenly its the rules I got from the developer, if it was my rules I was let him to say what he want in the live.

I am asking because that's not how reviews work, they are not to help the developer make his game better or whatever the developer has in mind. A review is for the customers, to inform customers if a game is good or bad in the eyes of the reviewer.
If the developer can't cope with critism than he should not ask for reviews in the first place, make his game and never look up his game on the internet.

Sorry boyo but that is no longer possible. Custom rules are no longer enforced by support so once someone wins, you are expected to deliver unless they have broken any site rules.

technically not just cg and this site, i believe steam has a policy against this themselves. i could be wrong, but they certainly frown upon it, and are actively trying to fight such nonsense.
