If you like comedy, then I recommend playing Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1 and 3 (not 2 thought, 2 sucks).
If they're not your thing, then I recommend playing CrossCode for the amazing.... everything. :D
(For Anime if you wanna watch something really funny, I recommend Ranma 1/2 and KonoSuba.)

Hmmm, how do I motivate you then... I dunno, I'm real bad at this motivational thing... ... ...Oh, wait- how about this?
Did I mention I'm really bad at motivating people? ^_^'

Nonobvious stuff off the top of my head:
Game: Sunset (Tale of Tales, 2015)
Movie: The Last Circus (Balada triste de trompeta, Alex de la Iglesia, 2010)
Book: Foam of the Days (Boris Vian, 1946)
Album (I'll go with obvious here): Ghosteen (Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, 2019)
TV Series: The Kingdom (Riget, Lars von Trier, 1994-1997)
Also, it's never too late to start cross-stitching.

Totally fooled me! Yep.
I'm going to recommend some manga/manhwa since you seem to read comics according to your steam profile.
The Friendly Winter - Fully colored manhwa about a 19 year old girl with growth disorder that makes her look like a child and 17 year old boy with a mind of a child who meet and develop friendship. It's slice of life with drama, I liked it a lot and I think it's worth reading, it's a shame it's not more popular. Warning: might cause tears.
Dokgo - A story about a delinquent and school drop-out whose twin brother dies due to bullying in school. He then starts going back to school but under the name of his twin brother and looks for those responsible so he can punish them. It's also fully colored.
Here are some romance mangas that I would suggest reading if you're into that and haven't read them already: Chikyuu no Owari wa Koi no Hajimari , Taiyou no Ie, Hana wo Meshimase, Hoshi to Kuzu: Don't Worry, Be Happy!
Won't give any descriptions for those, if you like romance and haven't read these just do it they're great.

If you like 2D action/platform and metroidvania (which seems you do by looking at your profile) you may try "Valdis Story: Abyssal City" which went a bit under the radar but is quite good (different characters, skills, possible builds and nice bosses).
To watch: Supernatural, at the least the first 2-3 seasons as they were pretty good, if you like horror with a decet amount of humour.

Close your eyes and do nothing for 5 minutes?
Sometimes you just need a bit of peace and then it's back to the madness of modern life :D

You're welcome. :)
With regards to the lost Doctor Who episodes, I believe there was a fire that destroyed a lot of the reels.
If you end up enjoying Planescape: Torment, you may want to check out Disco Elysium as well. Similar amount of choices, and was only released a few months ago!

Those fools! :(
I must have been thinking of another network/studio that lost a bunch to a fire.

all of Vivziepop's animations if you haven't already.
Starcrafts animation if youve ever played starcraft.
RWBY because i'm trolling you with the show ( i used to love it, now i meh it)
Stargate movies n shows!
Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann - anything by this animation studio really
read any original literature versions before it's nastilyy animated, or adapated into a movie etc! (its a pity how much is always changed, removed from source material when adapted into something else)
oh gods, you got 3000 games, well i'm sure you have a lot of things to do before all time.

Play "Sam's Journey"
It's a relatively new C64 game with a very retro-modern vibe. It came out in 2017 and it's a very good platformer with nice graphics and awesome music. You can play it on an emulator, or you can write some floppies and play it on the real thing!!
