  2. There was a price bug in Russian Steam store, the game was priced at $0.16 instead of $16

Addendum for 2.

Even at normal price, the Velvet edition is the exact same price as the base version of the game. There is no reason not to buy the Velvet edition.

There was a pricing error somewhere a few weeks back, basically everyone got it for 50 cents or something.

I've played it. Its pretty fun. Its no Skyrim, but its a solid RPG. There are lots of settings and options you can tweak, which is quite nice. I didn't like the default settings but I changed a a few of them and its a very nice RPG.
