You can also combine with level_max parameter :
https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaways/search?level_min=3&level_max=5 will only display giveaways with levels 3, 4 or 5 for example.
If you did not do the setting as indicated above then you can do in your case https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaways/search?level_min=1&level_max=1 to only display giveaways at level 1

I know this is asking for too much from the lovely devs, but I think it would be lovely if I press this button, it will automatically show the giveaways for level 1, so that I don't need to memorize/bookmark/etc the link.

If you're using ESGST, the giveaway filters work as well. Bookmarking a search link will probably be easier if you need to keep switching though.
I have never searched for a specific level and don't see a use for it :X

I tried using ESGST before but removed it, don't remember why.
Sometimes I want to filter level 5 giveaways that has usually low entry count vs open ones.
