Just curious how exactly do you get one from the site. The Asia one has them for the locations and then something about operators. Do we pick one of those?

Just pick any, message them on facebook, but prefer Malaysia as their facebook said "Send message to us, why you like to play Dota 2 and what's you favourite hero?"
