I have this problem from 2 week:

"Problem with a negative feedback on SteamTrades

this are the proofs.

I have traded with this man: XXXXXXXX. He traded with me and than, 16 hour later, he said that my Tropico (gift) is not good and want back what he have traded to me. I've tried to help him, and I have said to contact the Steam Support, but he wouldn't do this, probably because he is lying. So he have blackmailed me and then leave to me a negative feedback. Can you remove the negative feedback?"

I haven't received any reply from the support. What else could I do?

Please remove the names and links, as that's 'calling out' and can earn you a suspension.

As for the backlog of support tickets... you just have to wait. Chances are they'll get to it soon. I've had to wait longer than two weeks for a few of my tickets.

Takes a while..my reports are answered in the same day, but support questions take 3-4 weeks on average :) So just wait it out.
