Although I imagine it's still a ways off, I prefer to plan ahead. :)

Decided this was better as a topic instead of a support request despite none but staff or SG+ authors being able to accurately answer it as I'm guessing more than just myself would be interested in the info.

So yeah, as the topic title asks...
Should I back up my SG+ data before SGv2 appears?

Would be nice to know if I need to manually carry over my ignored users, colorful tags, and filtered games since I find all of that stuff mighty useful.
Thanks!

Also, if some SG+ features are maybe or maybe not being tested with SGv2, I understand if the unspoken (or spoken!) NDA prevents an answer on this.

I imagine there isn't much point, unless someone plans to recreate it when it might not even be needed. Given the original creator is no longer active, I'm not so sure that will happen.

Hopefully everything will be carried over. But I'm not even sure if all existing features will be present.

I don't want to lose my colourful tags either!

I think I'm missing something because I have no idea what "data" is he referring to.
