I'd love to give you light novel suggestions, but I haven't had time to read lately.

Oh, you know what...a very interesting light novel that I read a long while back, but is very good is Ella Minnow Pea. You'll go through it in 1-2 sittings. It's a gimmick novel, but it's a good gimmick and it's very witty.

The guin saga, a long series of light novels on which Miura, creator of Berserk based a lot of his work, starts strong.

Also, the legend of the galactic heroes is interesting. It's high-setting space opera.

Dungeon Defense - Dark, fucked up korean novel about fucked up characters. A great read.
My bad didn't see you already read it. It's fucking great though :D You might like Main Character Hides his Strength or Rakuin no Monshou.

Ze Tian Ji - Also known as Way of Choices. If you prefer Chinese cultivation novels. Has a better romance than I shall seal the heavens imo.

Oregairu - School romance/drama

Release that Witch - One of the better Chinese reincarnation novels.

The King's Avatar - If you enjoy the super OP main characters with lots of face slapping.

Chivalry of a failed knight - Personal favourite. Read if you like cliched weak try hard MC who becomes strong.

Spice and Wolf - Great econoromance.

Mahouka - I love the magic system and i'm also a sucker for the weak looking but strong characters. I don't particularly care, but has strong incest vibes, so avoid if you hate that sort of thing.

I've never even heard of Light Novels before, but have a bump so that hopefully those that have can help you out.

all those popular LN, err....

Mushoku Tensei just another isekai LN, but with character growth process (I mean from baby), which is rare for an isekai genre
Seirei Tsukai no Kenbu a harem fantasy type but without cliche beta protag. The anime adaptation just covering the prologue, not even touching the main story
Yuusha de aru Series just be sure you're not hoping for happy ending
