Have you ever have one of your giveaways end like this?
No winner because the user that enter is probably suspended, so no winners for this, you can make a new ga for a low lever user so you can find 4 winners.

That's probably it. Can i wait 3 weeks and still give the game to the winner once they are unsuspended if i wanted to do this?

I don't think that Steamgifts "draws" a winner, when he/she is suspended, so the winner will not be displayed as winner, even if you give them the key after their suspension ends.

I think you are right as its the same as a giveaway that ended with no entrants. One less ticket to bother the SG mods with.

can you see the entry? to know who Is the winner, maybe check his account, could be that he have recently added the game and the system didnt sinc correctly.

I never had such a problem and it looks a bit funny for me.
If your winner is suspended, then maybe for a reason ^^.
When you write from 3 weeks, then i would say, make a new GA and don't give that one something because to get such a ammount is normaly not easy and mean one step before the perma suspension.

I could not find anything in terms of length of suspension that could amount to three weeks so its probably a final warning as you've said.

Normaly it is 4 weeks but because after 1 min. it is below that it gets listed as 3 weeks (+6 days, 23h and 59 min. -and counting down-).
I know that 5 or 6 unactivated wins give 4 weeks suspensions. To give one example.

I was just suprised as i've never seen a giveaway with an entry and yet no winners. As others above have said, its working correctly in this situation.

A multigame giveaway of mine finished with one entrant but somehow ended up with no winners. As there are no winners according to the giveaway, there is no place for me to enter the key to give to the supposed winner in question. I have made a few giveaways in my time here but its never ended like this. Am i supposed to send the key via email or steam and how would the supposed winner give feedback if there is no winner in the first place. What would you do in this situation? I have sent a ticket to SG support via the other option but think this is going to take a while to resolve.
