Game is not hidden automatically. But is marked and you can hide it easily (Ignore).
But - yes, is possible to create this (ignore games here automatically).
There is one interesting option for you:

When I see a giveaway here on Steamgifts I will open the game's Steam page, watch a trailer or two, look at the screenshots, read through the game's tags and a few reviews. If I decide during this that the game isn't for me I will ignore it, go back to the Steamgifts giveaway and hide it.
So I'm wondering, would it be possible for a script to detect when I have ignored a game on Steam and do the hiding on Steamgifts for me?
While the process of hiding a game here isn't arduous, click hide and confirm, it is extra busy work for a game that I've already decided I'm not interested in and those two extra clicks add up when someone had decided to create a load of giveaways for the latest shovelware bundle.
To be clear, I'm not asking for someone to write this script, I'm just asking if something like this is even possible.
Cheers!
