I believe it might be possible. If Support is in a good mood, and the winner is okay with it. I can't confirm this though. Just read it somewhere, and can't tell you if it is accurate.

Just send the ticket and explain the situation. I had similar problem - created a giveaway, contacted the winner and at the end found out that GG ran out of keys. I asked support and they removed this raffle.

Hi guys, for example:
If I create a giveaway for FINAL FANTASY VIII, and I'll notice, after the giveaway comes to an end, that the key that I have is for FINAL FANTASY VII, what happen? Can I ask to support to delete it, for make a new giveaway?
UPDATE 1 : So basically, I have a chance to do this, if the winner allows me to contact support for delete it?
