Can I ask to support to delete a giveaway AFTER it's already finished?

Hi guys, for example:
If I create a giveaway for FINAL FANTASY VIII, and I'll notice, after the giveaway comes to an end, that the key that I have is for FINAL FANTASY VII, what happen? Can I ask to support to delete it, for make a new giveaway?

UPDATE 1 : So basically, I have a chance to do this, if the winner allows me to contact support for delete it?

I think when that happens you can either acquire a copy of the proper game to give away or you have to live with a Not Received in your profile.

I believe it might be possible. If Support is in a good mood, and the winner is okay with it. I can't confirm this though. Just read it somewhere, and can't tell you if it is accurate.

Try ask the winner if he would mind accepting it. After all, they're the same price. Chances are that the winner won't really care since most people want to win a game, anything anyways.

Alright maybe a little change then. Ask support first if they can change the giveaway to VII with consent of the winner :)

Well chances are that the winner does not, and that's the only thing that matters. You can't see a person's entry history anyways, nor whether they owned the game before they entered it.

Yeah. Change a giveaway it's impossible guys, for sure. The only chance it's to delete it by support.

Just send the ticket and explain the situation. I had similar problem - created a giveaway, contacted the winner and at the end found out that GG ran out of keys. I asked support and they removed this raffle.
