I'm german and Steam only offers me an extremely cut version of this game. I guess it will be uncut if i buy it from Amazon?

Yep, Amazon version is uncut. Just make sure you are allowed to use this version in Germany, have seen weird restrictions towards that on some titles.

It will be uncut.
I'm from Germany, too, also bought from Amazon and the game isn't censored at all.

By fake, I mean some random public address from say California. Many people use Google's or HP's address, and fe I used that of an hotel in Sacramento
