As title says, will I have to filter games that I already own/no-interest after using CCleaner? If yes, is there a way to tell CCleaner to not erase any data related to this website?

I have been procrastinating use of CCleaner because of this, lol. But I know I need to use it now... :(

All that does is hit you with the 7 day trade block, doesn't do anything to your game categories :P

I also recommend Wise Care 365. This is probably one of the rarest legit computer cleaners among CCleaner.

Try turning off the option to erease your browser (firefox/chrome) internet cache and cookies, in the program tab. IE options are in the Windows tab.

It removes local data, not stuff stored on a cloud or the company's servers. The most it'll impact the site is that it may delete the cookie which is keeping you signed in. If that occurs, simply sign back in.

CCleaner is a powerful tool. I recommend only checking boxes whose functions you know and only if you want to erase it. If you wish to keep your browser history or saved passwords, for example, don't delete that.

^^^ This.

I've never had any problems using CCleaner. It hasn't affected my SG settings at all. I do, however, usually manage to avoid using functions with which I am not familiar. I once accidentally borked my registry with CCleaner and had to restore my system files, but that was an unusual case. (Long story....)

Under stettings whitelist steamgifts and steam(community) cookies. Otherwise you trigger SteamGuard on your browser and loose your SG+ (Sg++ too?!) settings.
