Probably Spiderman, since it feels like I've seen most of him in childhood. And even had such game.
That would put him equally to Batman and NES game...
But I do not really remember too much about them. I am not into this kind of stuff anymore.
Oh, and on PS2 I had that X-men Wolverine game...
