Title already owned - but not really?

Hi folks

Question that I only noticed crop up today - I'll use the example of Dawn of War II - Retribution. I own the standalone client for the Last Stand feature. Because of that, I cannot enter the giveaway for the entire game, because it states that I already own the game. Will issues like this be resolved at all or should I just abandon hope? :)

I have this issue as well, but this issue does not involve SG. This issue involves Steam for allowing all users to buy DLC for DoW2-retri while you only have The last Standalone. In my opinion this most likely will not be resolved at all and I am frustrated as you are.

P.S. Ok I messed up a bit at the first sentence, it basically does involve SG but Steam is to blame.

It's a shame, but not a huge problem. I'm sure somewhere down the line it will get fixed.
