I think The eridian guardians used some kind of phasewalk, instead of "deception".

The first two doesn't mean he's a Eridian.
Athena and if I remember correctly the other assassins from her squad used swords and turned invisible.
Zer0 is an assassin, most likely from the same group.
An assassin doesn't speak.
Also what shape? Humanoid?
