Hey, I am also one of the winner of his giveaways (Out of park baseball 14) and even that key is duplicated (I marked received accidentally) Seems like his last 4 giveaways, the keys were already used. One more winner of his other giveaway also pointed out his key was duplicated so I'm sure this guy is giving out duplicated keys on purpose. Nothing else much we can do besides reporting him.
