Did you successfully activate Torch Cave on your account? It will be visible here.
Users can make giveaways for games on game list. And Torch Cave is on that list. So as long as you activated game from giveaway, you should mark it as received.
Activated, but removed from Steam, game is playable as you can download it and play. It will only be not visible on your Steam account.
