sth weird happened to me.
i've not received notification that i won, after that i got this game from another giveaway.
and now, after 11 months later, i got notification about your giveaway.
i can't understand what is going on

Sure - the reason why this happened is that the original winner just went completely silent and never claimed it. A long time later I noticed, failed to get in contact with them and got it rerolled (and you won that reroll).
