Well I mean it's up to you to decide whether to request a reroll or not. Some giveaway creators say if you have the base game you can enter but not if you have the special content. The site runners don't check every win manually. They leave it up to you to decide if it needs to be rerolled or not.
That said awesome giveaway and since I own the base game i'll go ahead and bow out.
