you have previously won https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/5Ktv4/x-wars-deluxe. As you got recently got reported for not activating a gift we checked your account and found that you had it activated in the past. Apparently you're affected by the recent revocation of the game from your account (https://steamcommunity.com/app/1134150/discussions/0/3823032780414041339/).
So we're asking you for a screenshot from your Steam support page with the message that informed you about the revoke. Then you need to open a support ticket for us to change your feedback on that giveaway.
Just a warning: If you fail to deliver proof of revokation from your support page on Steam you might get suspended for not activating a gift.

These things take a while as it's something only senior mods and up can handle - who are very busy with all kinds of things.
But, since you have created the ticket providing the needed screenshot any mod who might suspend you for not activating the game (and I don't see that happening anytime soon) would see the open the ticket and not suspend you for it. So, just be patient about it - you've done everything correctly.

Simply search for the game title and you'll find the info. Just screenshot that page for your change feedback ticket.
