not transferred but accepted. It can only been redeemed in China. I think it may be the problem of your network, you IP address must be in China. Any VPN or other tools are forbidden.

It just say the gift has been accepted (transferred to me), not redeemed.
Anyway, yes, I have VPN on, if not it is not even possible to access the inventory (steamcommunity.com is blocked in China), and I don't know any other way to redeem it if not from the inventory page... any suggestion?
