The reason I asked the question is because the rules on here state that it is at the giveaway creator's discretion as to how much of a 'bundle' or 'pack' someone can already own in their library before they would consider them ineligible to win. It is considered etiquette/courtesy on here to ask if it okay to enter the giveaway for such a pack if you already own the base game.
