Haha I find it funny that that actually has kept people from posting the word you explicitly asked them not to say. Wasn't aware people ever even read the descriptions.
You cannot ask users to perform any special action in order for their entry to be considered valid, such as liking a Facebook page, or following a Twitter account.
Soo, can you ask users not to comment? That looks like a special action to me...
