Yes, but since there are many Steam users using the European region without actually residing in that territory, I chose not to use those restrictions.

just a FYI support will not approve rerolls for region locks, your better off using the region restriction and blacklisting anyone who sets their region as something it is not. I am sure it happens here but its not as frequent of an issue on SG as it is on steam itself.
