Snake fact! Just because snakes do not have external ears does not mean they are deaf. Snakes have internal ears which carry the vibrations to their brain. So they can hear noises even if their heads look a little different to other reptiles.

Bonus: Most repiles have "ears" which are two small holes on the side of their heads. You might not notice it straight away but they do have ears and are not deaf.
