Generally, I say a word of thanks to the backroom staff when they help me out but I couldn't this time as the ticket was closed when I went to reply further.
Sorry didn't know where else to put this, saw your response to my ticket. I wasn't actually meant to close it, guessing I'm too tired, I was actually meant to add more information as it's progressed alot since I made that ticket ahaha I can make another ticket and link to it if i need to, don't think I can reopen it my end, but I was more just wanting to make sure steamgifts wouldn't mind me releasing the addon ^^
Happy to use the addon purely for myself, it already saves alot of time :P But now, Fanatical has tested the addon and they have given me permission to go ahead with releasing it. They are the only store that is affected by it's 3rd party input, so I wanted them to accept the addon. Glad they liked it and are happy for me to give it out ^^
You should be able to reopen it, the Resolved button at the top should be a drop down menu to change it to open, just as you would edit a forum post. But if you end up making a new one, let me know and I'll update my post informing other support members of the addon.
Now that the weekend is upon us, hopefully someone has time for a glance. :)
I doubt anyone is going to have a problem with the addon at any rate.
