Most people respect the creator's decision on this, so that's why I asked. Pretty sure it actually is up to the creator whether you can or not win just for the DLCs, I mean you can get a reroll if you want to.

Either way i'm not entering, just doing a favor for the people, if you want to call it that, since everytime there's a giveaway for the legendary edition the comments are flooded with the same question lol.

That's not a consensus of which I'm aware. Given that the DLCs alone cost more than the Legendary Edition, it's not unreasonable to enter into a giveaway like this for the DLCs, having already owned the base game. I won't, despite wanting the DLCs, since you seem to disapprove of that, but the overall experience I've had is that disallowing entries for DLCs is the exception, not the rule.

It actually has a decent ring to it. Too bad it does not go along with the music I'm listening to.
