The sad thing is... I did.. I even did a train, the first hasn't mark reviced, tried to contact him he didn't accept me no matter what, a train giveaway with 40+ entries got no winners, I guess I'm unlucky :/

yeah, that's a risk indeed. you should limit the risk of getting in this situation by creating GAs level limited. the higher level the lower the chance of getting in trouble with the feedback.
