Heh, it's a good game, but I can't be excited that easy - that's my temper. And I don't see any reason to lie, pretend, or just use a mask with a huge nyan smile ^_^ on it to a person who did or going to do good to me. Sorry.
But, it's good that you have kind soul, don't look on others. If you want to give something to someone - just do it, don't wait for "Thanks" or something like that. When I feed birds - I don't want them to bring me gold or any other reward. I just see them eating and I'm glad.
