If you don't sure that you have this DLC (steamgifts can't check that you have it or not) - you must go to library on steam and click right mouse button on game and choose Preperties and tab called "DLC".
Or just open http://store.steampowered.com/app/10608/ and check if you see green section with message "You already own ..."
