Every giveaway after today will be 0 CV because it's been free, even after it becomes purchasable in the steam store.
It's that way with every free game. It may take a few days for it to become 0 CV sometimes, but every giveaway after the day the game became free will turn to 0 CV and if the creator won CV for it he will loose it.

You are assuming that that list is being maintained correctly though. Given that the person with the bundling duties had been missing in action for some time I thinks it's fair to question it.

That's all I can infer. I'm not responsible for the bundle/free games list nor do I know who is.
I don't even care. And it's none of my concern or up to me to question it. All I can do is presume that the site in being well maintained and the rules are being enforced. Had I the desire to make sure that is the case, I would have offered my help and become part of the support team.

You can't give away games that are free on steam and can be added to you steam library at any given time since it would needless. But games that are paid on steam (or will be in this case) and are being given away for free, can also be given away here. Hence, that's why they are on the list and you can create giveaways for them.

Actually you can in the first few hours, until a mod notices it. Varenje isn't on the GA-list anymore, but it was. This is the reason why this GA was possible.

I must admit, that there are stupid rules on steamgifts, but some of them are quite useful.
The reason, why i couldn't answer you earlier is the following:
You do not have permission to view this giveaway for another 35 minutes, since you previously blacklisted the giveaway creator.
Because of the fact I blacklisted you, I wasn't able to write anything anymore in this GA. This is one of the stupid rules. I would have been enough to prevent an entry in this GA, but guess its up to the mods to decide this.
I removed you from my blacklist, but to be honest, i checked your history, i see region-restricted GAs - my conclusion is, you tried to grab some points with a free game. It could be a misapprehension, but as you can see, i don't put anyone lightheaded on my BL
