Then you should ask the creator of the giveaway to give you a key to the game he gived away or delete the giveaway, otherwise your account could be banned when you activate a different game.

Hhmm.. No encuentro una regla que especifique eso. Y por mi parte no hay problema que me haya dado el 2 en lugar del 1, otra cosa seria si me hubiera dado un juego totalmente diferente.

Guidelines
Won gifts must be activated on the Steam account used during registration, and they cannot be regifted, traded, sold, or removed from your Steam account after activation.
Ganaste el Nioh 1, y en tu cuenta activaste el 2. Won gifts must be activated Y sin embargo no lo activaste, activaste uno diferente.
Si vas abajo en Roles, verás que el "Misuse of Giveaway Feedback" conlleva baneo permanente. Marcaste como "Received" el Nioh 1, pero no recibiste ese juego, no lo activaste, el que activaste es el 2. Por tanto, si alguien reportase tu cuenta, te banearían la cuenta permanentemente.
¿Cómo solucionarlo? Pedirle al creador que te de una clave del Nioh 1. Pedirle que elimine el sorteo porque no te dio la clave del Nioh 1. O finalmente esperar una semana y darle a "Not Received". Pero desde luego quita ya el "Received" porque tu cuenta ahora mismo con el received marcado está señalada como que infringe las normas.
