I don't know what kind of games you're talking about. There were three games that I deleted from my account. Super Squash, Zombie, TheGunRunner. The rest of the games were all activated by me

It's because if you remove it shows as not activated and the site will assume you regifted the game. And that is against the site rules. Hence why we are supposed to verify.

Sorry you got suspended. I wrote to support telling your explanation, but you still had 1 game missing.
Please read the guidelines. You can also verify your winners from now on to keep them from breaking the rules. You can use the site sgtools to verify activated games. All you have to do is input you winner's user name in the rules checkes tab.

Super Squash, TheGunRunner were returned back to the account. Zombie could not get it back. Not listed in tech support. This is weird.

Try sending steam support a ticket if you want. You have been suspended for this game, so you won't ever be again for the same game. So it really doesn't matter now, but if you win other ga's and the creators decide to verify [as they should, but a lot of them doesn't]. they might send a ticket to support as well asking to check you non activation, and it may delay them sending the game.

Greetings, served my time in lockdown and I have the most important question. Will the blocking repeat in the absence of the same game(Zombie), if they also check for the presence of games? I just can't handle another lockout.

You have been suspended for Zombie (2020-05-23 11:50:00). So you won't be again for that specific giveaway. If you win that game again and don't activate it, then you can be suspended for that new giveaway. Same as for you older wins. If you delete another game then you can be suspended for the ga you won it.

I'm certainly not claiming anything, but would the problem of missing the game if I bought it directly from the Steam store? Appealing to technical support did not help :(

It turns out that if I do not have Zombie on my account in future victories, they have the right to block me again? I thought at the time that only the keys are tracked. Maybe I should buy a Zombie just in case, so I don't get blocked again, or they'll still track that I don't have one.

It will always show up as not activated if you don't get the game again. But you won't be suspended for that game because you already have been suspended for the ga you won that game. If you can't enter new ga's for the same game, then you can't be suspended for the game anymore. Suspension is not based on the game but on ga's. You get suspended x days per ga not activated. That happens just once for each ga not activated. So you won't be suspended again for this specific Zombie (2020-05-23 11:50:00) ga. But if you remove previous wins from your account then you can get suspended for them. Same as for the games you win from now on. If you don't activated one or more you can be suspended for them too.

It's just that some users resell the games they win, hence the rules. That's not what this site is for and neither it's fair to the other users. Some have won many copies of the same game. The site has evolved over the years and got better in the ways to prevent that. Now you can't enter a ga for a game you have won before.

The winner must agree to have the giveaway deleted by leaving a message on the ga. Otherwise it's unlikely that support will aprove it.
But it's weird that you couldn't send the gift. Chances are that person is using a different region than yours. If you were both in Russia you wouldn't have had that problem.

Open tickets with support. One for each ga. And explain the problem you have.
Tell them that you mistakenly created 2 ga's for the same game and the winner blacklisted/blocked you so you can't even try to fix the problem. Even if the game was on sale you can't gift it to him that way.
And the for other one, tell them you tried to gift the game to the winner and couldn't even though your ga is region restricted. Ask them: How could the winner enter the region restricted ga and then not be able to receive it? That is weird.

I don't think so. Not at first. Probably nothing will happen. You will have 2 not received ga's and nothing more. But if it happens over and over again, they will probably restrict your participation on the site. Like you maybe won't be able to create ga's. But I can't tell you for sure because I never had this problem.

Also, it's weird that even I can open this ga. It's also region restricted to RU so I shouldn't be able to see it. My region is Brazil/Latam. Normally I'd get a message saying that it was region restricted and not able to even open it. I can open all your ga's. Possibly even enter it if I tried.
I think you should mention it to support. Feels like a problem with the site not properly verifying regions and implementing restrictions.

You can ask support what will happen with you for having 2 more not received games. Tell them you already have 5 for different reasons, but you are still concerned if you will get punished somehow, even in the future.

If you ask it in one of the 2 you have open, they might not answer that, with all that you have going on. They might focus on your problem and forget about it.
If you create a new ticket, it's under the "Other" category. That might have better chances to be answered. But it will probably take some time because those tickets don't have priority.
I would do it all. Ask in one or both of them, because they might be solved by different support members and then create a new ticked about it. If you get your answer in one of the ga tickets you can always close the new ticket by yourself.
