A 10x giveaway for an unbundled game at 93% off? I think there is a very good chance that the mods will make this game reduced CV rectroactively because of this giveaway. Just a fair warning in case you are doing this giveaway to level up.

I commented here because it is an unbundled game that is in high danger to get put on the bundled list retroactively. I just wanted to warn you in case you'd feel ripped off if you only got 15% CV for it. It can be quite deflating when your CV gets taken away retroactively, especially so when it's not a bundle leftover but something you outright bought just to gift away.

As you closed your ticket while I was replying to it, here's the important parts you should be aware of for future issues/giveaways:
An issue with the giveaway description:
Otherwise you will receive the game when it is discounted again!
This is not how Steamgifts works. You are required to deliver the gift within seven full days after the giveaway has ended. Otherwise the winner is supposed to mark the giveaway as Not Received.
Again, please take the time to familiarize yourself with the rules and proceedings of Steamgifts as outlined in the FAQ and Guidelines where all of this and more is explained.
If you manage to contact the winner and work something out with them and them agreeing to give no feedback at all until the gift was successfully delivered... if you and the winner want to take the risk, that's up to you. The rules do not consider that though.
For issues like these and others it not recommended to ever create giveaways based on sales. Steamgifts was meant to give away keys you personally have no use for, that are left overs from bundles or that you got a hold of by other means. Spending money - even though done regularly by many users - to create giveaways was not the intention of the site. Also with how long it can take for problem to be handled and with how short sales are, it's just not a good idea to create giveaways from sale items. The sale should at least go for another 2.5 to have the minimum amount of time to handle one reroll.
