Boxes... wow... it's hard to remember what buying games was like then. I remember thinking Steam would never catch on because we'd all cling to that physical copy. Then I remember the day I discovered my account was worth more than my car. Guess I was a little off, huh?
Yeah, Steam and digital distribution in general has been a lifesaver for me, no longer have shelves of dust collecting boxes. Gone are my books and DVDs too. Everything is on a hard drive or online now. So much room for activities! :)
After a long search, some month ago I was able to find my boxed copy of DoW GOTY and redeem it on Steam, but then a bundle with everything at once came, making my search a pointless waste of time XD
