I suspect your suspension was for creating this giveaway with a key you won on steamgifts.

You now have several options:

1. Send me the key and buy the game for yourself (best for your profile, but some costs for you)
2. Activate the key yourself and get me the game some other way (same as above, but more hassle for both of us, and you'd have to consider regions)
3. Send me the key and don't get the game for yourself (you'll still reach level 1, but you'll be excluded from most sgtools-protected giveaways and some giveaway creators ask for rerolls, if their winner has unredeemed wins)
4. Activate the key yourself and don't get me the game (you'll get a not received and some giveaway creators ask for rerolls)
5. Delete this giveaway (you need the winners approval to delete an ended giveaway and you'll lose a giveaway-slot, but you can gain more slots with successful giveaways)

If you need more time to consider your options then reply to my comment.
