Hey man, finally the support answered me! There is a problem with the giveawy, it is one of those which you can enter but you cant activate it, because steam tells you you already have the game but this side doesnot hide this giveaway from you. So the key is not used. I should write this information under the giveaway page so you can make a support ticket for a reroll which solves the problem.
