Well you can't find that many "friends" in csgo either, I've played 200h and found only silent people or those that would criticize my every mistake. Btw are the servers really dead in Insurgency? The game looks good and I wanted to try it out but If they're dead then maybe it's not worth it
I made a wrong explain. I have more friends (from Steam and rl) who plays CS:GO, than those who play Insurgency (~10-12 vs 1), for me is easiest find a friend to play some rounds at first game. Communities are similar (there are people who teach, people who go crazy when somebody made a mistake, people who insult you when the team is lossing), with less cheaters on Insurgency; steamdb say now are 1866 people playing Insurgency, against 546564 playing CS:GO, for me that means "servers are alive" (1866 isn't a bad number for a fps online, at least for me), but if you like play with friends, it's no easy.
PD: The game have a singleplayer mode with bots too, hard bots (than the CS's bots), but the muliplayer is far better
