Interesting - this doesn't appear under the 'DLC' tab. It's like a regular game and, therefore, I can enter the giveaway despite not having F1 2017 in my library. Both the base game and this DLC have been delisted, too.

F1 2017 was in my wishlist until they retired it. Shameful. I wish I had it (and not only to enter this giveaway!)
