Be careful with this one when entering - the game is removed from the API, so steamgifts can't tell if you own it. And the name doesn't show up if you search "desire" in your library without the accent marks. Your best bet to make sure you don't own it is to type "sir" and just check all the results.

Stlpaul seems to have already provided an answer, but as far as Steamgifts is concerned, it also appears when you write Desir. :)
